Subjunctives - Let's Try This Again

An album's worth of rollicking punk-rock kicks packed tight into just an EP's worth of running time.  Which works out well, actually, since each song is a chorus heavy sing-a-long that comes in, kicks shit around and then leaves just before it wears out its welcome.  Pummeling percussion, lots of swampy bass riffs, over-driven guitar peels and inane (but no less endearing) tongue-in-cheek vocals that evoke something like early 90's Green Day (musically) meets They Might Be Giants (lyrically).  All of these songs could fit nicely into "the montage scene" of any given buddy-comedy - or some quirky sitcom's opening theme.  And considering most of these firecrackers time out within two minutes, they're just about tailor made for it!

The unlisted Easter egg track at the end kind of stinks though...
